Hajj Package From Dubai and GCC 2025
Hajj Package 2025, going to Hajj / Saudi directly from Dubai, Muscat, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait to Jeddah & return back to your origin airport directly from Saudi after Hajj.

Any Indian from any part of the world can use Regal Hajj service to perform Hajj. The above price applies only to individuals departing from UAE and GCC countries.
If you want, you can use this Hajj 2025 package ( if you are an Indian ), from any part of the world. Separate airfare will be applicable if not flying from GCC.
Residence visa of any of the GCC countries is NOT required.
If you are in any of the above mentioned gulf countries, such as in UAE or Bahrain or Oman or Kuwait or Bahrain or Qatar, and if you want any of your Indian relatives or friends who are in any other countries to join you for Hajj, Regal can help you to do that.
On the 28th of May 2025 ( 1st Dhul Hijjah ), you will fly to Jeddah airport, our group’s flights will depart from Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman & Qatar.
You will join your Regal Hajj group at Jeddah airport arriving from different GCC countries. Then after, you will be together with the group which has arrived from different GCC countries.
2025 Hajj Package From Dubai, GCC, and Worldwide (Indian passport holders only)
In Sha Allah, our 2025 Hajj Package will be from 1st Dhul Hijjah (28th May) to 16th Dhul Hijjah (11th June).
Schedule of Hajj Package 2025 From Dubai and GCC
- Departure - 28th May ( 1st Dhul Hijjah ) from Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain to Jeddah direct flight.

From Jeddah, direct transport to Makkah (5 Star Hotel near Haram Makkah) you will stay until 31st May (4th Dhul Hijjah)
Makkah Dates: 3 Nights Stay at Hotel Hayatt Regency 5 star or equal category, till 31st May.
This Hotel Hayatt Regency is located near to Makkah Haram. Half board ( Breakfast & dinner ) international buffet meals are served. -
On 31st May ( 4th Dhul Hijjah ) you will go to Aziziya and stay in Aziziya till 3rd of June ( 7th Dhul Hijjah ) again with half board.
Aziziya, Dates: 31st May ( 4th Dhul Hijjah ) till 3rd of June ( 7th Dhul Hijjah ). 3 nights and 4 days stay. You will be staying in an Executive Furnished Apartment in Aziziya. -
On 3rd of June (7th Dhul Hijjah) night, you will be going to Mashair, and will stay in VIP AC Tents till 9th of June (13 Dhul Hijjah).
Mashair (Mina, Muzdalifa, Arafat): 3rd June till 9th June – 6 Nights or 5 nights. -
After completing your Mina, Arafat days, you will return to Aziziya either on the 8th of June or on the 9th of June, and from Aziziya on 9th June ( 13th Dhul Hijjah ) night or next day morning you will go to Madinah and you will stay in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel within 300 meters from Madinah Haram, with half board food till 11th June ( 16th Dhul Hijjah ).
Madinah Dates: 9th June till 11th June – 2 Nights / 3 Days - All local transfers will be by super luxury Bus, or by car if the bus is full.
- 11th June ( 16 Dhul Hijjah ) you will return from Saudi back to your origin country
- Note: Dates in this schedule might may change during your stay in Madinah or Makkah
Hajj package 2025 inclusions:
- Hajj Visa

- All Transfers.
Hotel Rooms:
- 4 People will be sharing each room during the stay at Makkah & Madinah.
- In Aziziyah, there can be up to 4 or 5 people in 1 room.
- While you stay in Makkah or Madinah hotels, in the gents room, there will be 4 gents & in the ladies room, there will be 4 ladies.
- If in case you prefer to have a triple room where 3 people of your family or friends will share the bedroom, or if you want 2 bedroom for you where 2 people will share 1 bedroom, or if you want exclusively 1 bedroom only for you, below are the prices.
Four people sharing one bedroom option: AED 48,000 per person.
Three people sharing one bedroom, triple room : AED 51,000 per person
Two people sharing 1 bedroom, double room: AED 55,000 per person
One bedroom just only for you, where only 1 person will be staying : AED 60,000
- Please note that these bedroom options are available only for stay in Makkah and Madeenah hotels.
- In Azeeziya it will be executive apartments, and either 4 or 5 people will be sharing one bedroom, the triple, double & single is NOT APPLICABLE in Aziziya.
- However, if you are a family or friends (same gender) of 4, then you can have your exclusive room, this 1 room for your personal group where 4 of you will be staying, you can do the room selection, you will get your room which will accommodate the 4 of you from your personal group ( same gender ).
Food:
- This package includes 2 times food. Breakfast & Dinner ( International buffet ).
- At Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafa you will get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Hajj Visa
- For Hajj visas, clear passport copy & clear passport size photo with white background is required.
- Sometimes, for some passports, the Hajj visa-issuing authorities might ask ( very rarely ) to present the original passport.
- If in case, the original passport is required to obtain your Hajj visa approval, we will inform you accordingly, & original passport needs to be brought to Regal office.
- If Hajj Visa is rejected, AED 1,000 will be deducted from your payment and rest will be refunded ( Hajj visa will be rejected only for those with any kind of previous blacklist issues in Saudi Arabia).
- In case of refund request from your side, AED 5,000 per person will be charged & only the balance will be refunded. Any refund requests must be informed to us maximum before 1st of May 2025.

Hajj 2025 package reservation
- We hold limited confirmed seats for Hajj 2025 & it will be available only to those who book first.
- We have already started to receive bookings and have accepted bookings, which will continue till our quotas last.
- We will not be able to accept any new bookings request once our quota is fully booked.
- If you have decided to go for Hajj in 2025, then it is better to do your booking today, just to ensure that you do not miss the chance.

Hajj visas will be rejected only of those who have any kind of previous ban or blacklist issues in Saudi government’s immigration records, otherwise, the visa is guaranteed.
Payments
A minimum payment of AED 20,000 per person is required to accept your booking for Hajj & the balance amount has to be cleared 100% before the 30th of April 2025.
In case the balance payment is not fully paid and cleared 100% before the 30th of April 2025, then we will not be able to guarantee your Hajj booking for 2025, & also AED 10,000 out of the AED 20,000 that you have paid as advance will be non-refundable, since we will have paid for your Hajj package upfront.
Payments can be done at our office in Dubai or by bank transfer.
We will share the online & offline payment methods with you as soon as you have sent your passport copies to us for your Hajj booking.
Guidance:
- Highly experienced Hajj Ameer will be traveling with you to guide you & to help you at places of Hajj & its’ related procedures.
- We will also be conducting Hajj preparatory classes for you, prior to the departure. The class dates, we will inform to you later. Classes will be there before the departure and even during the travel period.
- Free Zamzam water per person per bottle of 5 litre will be provided by us.
Travel note for Hajj package:
- If you wish to have lesser number of days for the Hajj, you can leave from your airport late, or on any dates closer to Hajj as you choose and join our Hajj group in Saudi.
- And you can return to your airport as soon as the Hajj is over.
- However, if you wish to have your personalized travel schedule other than as prepared in our package, you will have to purchase the return air ticket on your own.
- And no amount shall be discounted from the full package that you have paid for, because either you use the services included in the package or you do not use it, arrangements & payments are done for the group travel as a complete package where the air ticket is also issued for you under the group. If you need further clarifications on this, please contact us.
Extra Expenses:
- This is a complete package & all your necessary expenses are included in this package and everything is well taken care of for you.
- Apart from this, you will NOT need to keep more than 1000 AED in your hand for any personal expenses.
Also, you will pay AED 500 for Qurbani ( Udhiyah ) while staying in Mina tent, this has to be given with your own hand.
- This AED 500 is NOT included in the package.
Important Disclaimer for 2025 Hajj Package:
- This schedule is subject to change any time with or without notice & this schedule may not be the final one.
- If there will be any changes in the schedule, it will be updated here on this page and if you have paid to Regal already, you will be personally contacted by our Hajj team.
- If any Governments of the GCC country that you are in or that of Saudi Arabia announces any additional Govt fees at a later stage, that fee will be added to this package price.
- So far, there is no additional fees announced by the above mentioned Countries.

For the Hajj package 2025 price starts from AED 50,000. A minimum payment of AED 15,000 is required to accept your booking for Hajj, and the balance must be cleared in full by 30th of April, 2025.
If the balance is not cleared in full by the 30th of April, we will be unable to guarantee your Hajj booking for 2025, and the AED 15,000 paid will be non-refundable.
