Once we receive all these documents, we will send questionnaires covering family information, personal information, and travel history information.

After receiving the completed questionnaires and documents, we will review everything very carefully, prepare your application with the documents you provided to us and we submit to the Canadian Embassy. We will also prepare your flight and hotel bookings which is mandatory for your visa application.

After submission, within 24 to 48 hours we will provide you a confirmation date with a document to proceed with your biometrics at the nearest VFS Global center.

You will have to go to the VFS center on the appointment date which we will get for you, with your original passport and with the biometrics confirmation document. After biometrics are completed, VFS will return the passport to you the same time.

Biometrics are required for everyone who are over the age of 14 years. If the child is under 14, biometrics are not required. The biometrics are valid for around 10 years from the day we apply.

After the biometrics, the embassy will start your visa application process, the process time usually taking from 2 to 3 months. After your visa application is approved, the Canadian Embassy will notify to submit your original passport for visa stamping.
